Ident research 

Pixar ident:

This is an ident, that will be a completely different to the type of ident i will use for my product, however it fits in with the types of products that it will be played before, as usually it is played before childrens films, and the light colours suggest that it is for kids as this is the stereotype for children. Although the main colour within this ident is blue, and it is the stereotype for boys, however, it can appear to be unisex because it is the colour of the sky and it is extremely pure and simple which could appeal to both genders. 

Legendary Pictures Ident:

This ident is completely different to the one above, however this is more like the ident that i will be using as it is dark and more mysterious, suggesting connotations of a thriller film. I also like the colours that are used as i believe that they represent anger, because this is the general representation that the colour orange and red represent. Also the colour black is usually represented as mysterious and could leave the audience wondering what will go on further in the film.
